Placing your Order
Placing an order at julie anns dolls houses could not be easier.
Just browse our online store, and click any items that you wish to buy
- Add to shopping cart.
- Complete the form with your name and address, or alternate address
- Click payment details
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
If an item is no longer available or is out of stock we shall inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date or offer a full refund.
Order & Pay over the Telephone
If you are placing your order over the telephone, please be ready to give the following information :
- Your name, address, daytime telephone number.
- Your credit or switch card number and expiry date. ( We will also require the issue number from switch cards ) .
- Details of your order using the product code and quantity.
IMPORTANT : All orders are processed by computer, failure to give the correct details will delay your order.
I can also accept credit and debit cards via paypal
When paying using paypal or credit/debit cards , Please provide the cardholders details
Your account must be both confirmed and showing as verified.
This is to protect you as the customer, and me as a seller.
If your paypal account is not verified, your account and address can be confirmed by paypal, Telephone paypal on 08707307191 and they will happily do this for you.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT
We also offer Google checkout as an alternative to paypal for those needing to pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to use google checkout just choose the google checkout icon during the check out process.
If you do not wish to place an order online
You can always order by Telephone or by post, simply order the item of your choice, and choose your required payment method. ie cheque or postal order !

Goods will be despatched once full payment has been received and cleared. Please allow 5-7 days to process payment.
PLEASE NOTE : Postage differs for any parcels sent outside of the UK mainland !
Items are shipped to mainland destinations in England, Wales and parts of Scotland only.
If you live outside this area, that is postcodes BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE, please contact us for shipping costs.
We aim to dispatch your goods within one working day of receiving cleared payment. This item will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to accept the parcel and a telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
I use either 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service in the UK MAINLAND.
Smaller parcels are sent using royal mail
